Open Air Foods was set up by the Holden & Trotter family in 2012 retailing artisan cheese and local produce in the Home Counties.

We decided to set up our own business after working in the hospitality industry for a number of years. As a business operating for over 8 years we are well known in and around the Home Counties for retailing the highest quality artisan cheese from small producers.
Today, Ian and Laura run OAF since Gems and Daz emigrated to Australia in early 2019 to set up a country cafe in Newstead, Victoria called The Blackbird Newstead (www.blackbirdnewstead.com.)
