One of very few soft ewes milk cheeses that is currently being produced in the United Kingdom. It is an absolutely stunning cheese that is creamy yet smooth and refined. Juliet Harbutt, the Cheese Guru says it is a "taste sensation of wild flowers, burnt caramel, macadamia nuts and roast lamb."
Overall, a floral cheese that is delicate with fantastic subtlety.
