Made by Stacey Hedges & Charlotte Spruce, Hampshire
This cheese is made using the same principles & techniques as a French Camembert. The results would make any French cheesemaker very jealous! Tunworth has a long lasting sweet , nutty flavour and a creamy texture with a thin wrinkled rind. All made by hand we prefer this cheese when it has fully ripened to exhibit more savoury notes and the rind is a lightly coloured.
