Matured in Worminghall, Oxford by Oxford Fine Foods (Baron Pouget)
First made and developed in the early 1980's, this was one of a very small handful of British blues being made at the time. It was loosely based on a recipe that had hallmarks of an Italian Gorgonzola but today it has a much firmer, mushroomy flavour profile.
