A truly seasonal cheese, Mont D'or is made between August and March and generally retailed from the end of September onwards. A luxurious and luscious cheese, it is gooey, soft and wonderfully indulgent. Each cheese is matured and wrapped in spruce which contributes a resinous, alpine fragrance.
Creamy,on the palette. We believe this cheese truly embodies the french idea of terroir. You can taste the trees, mountains and unique flora & fauna.
