We retail very few french cheeses and therefore the ones we do sell are the best. This cheese is brought in young and matured in our unit where we ensure it is ripe and the texture is soft, oozing and full bodied. Donge has a huge output but it still embraces traditional cheesemaking techniques including hand ladling. After 8 weeks it is wrapped and placed in traditional wooden boxes.

Fantastic texture, a thin rind, Brie holds a name that is world renowed. However, we recommend you try Donge as it cannot be beaten!
