We use a next day delivery service to courier all our goods using insulated boxes and ice packs if required.
We send out packages on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and additional days during busy periods including Christmas.
If you require a Saturday delivery, please call us on 01280 811 200 to make arrangements. There will be an additional fee for this service.
Please note, we are an artisan food retailer and therefore all our products are small batch production and in limited supply. When items are not available or within a reasonable time frame, we will contact you to reschedule or cancel the order.
Orders of £70.00 or over to all mainland UK destinations qualify for free delivery.
Delivery for all mainland UK deliveries between £10.00 and £70.00 is £7.99.

We deliver to Zone 1 which includes the UK mainland (England, Wales, Scotland). Unfortunately, we do not currently post to any other locations. Please note that all deliveries within the congestion charge incur an additional fee.
Tracking my parcel
The status of your delivery can be tracked online using your consignment number.
How is my parcel delivered?
Couriers will only deliver your goods if someone is present at the house, you have left appropriate instructions (e.g. leave package at neighbours or place in garage). No items will be returned to the depot as the products are fresh and we need to ensure temperature controls are maintained. Therefore, you must leave clear instructions when confirming your booking online which specifies any special delivery instructions. If you fail to do so, your delivery may be delayed.
Delivery Queries & Issues
If there is a problem despatching your order we will contact you and arrange an alternative date or offer a full refund. Please be aware that we despatch orders using a courier service whose operation is outside of our control. Where mistakes or losses occur we will usually replace your order, unless you have specified the wrong delivery address, or the order has been safely delivered, but you have neglected to retrieve it in reasonable time (e.g. from a neighbour).
What is your sale & refund policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Our product guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased we will issue a refund or exchange the product, which is entirely at our discretion.
The company reserve the right to offer conditions on refunds. We may ask you to provide evidence of any quality issue, and could make arrangements for offending products to be collected and returned to us. Failure to provide evidence, or to make the product available for collection, could compromise your ability to have a refund.
All refunds are at the companies discretion.
