A semi-soft, washed rind cheese made on the beautiful south coast of Ireland. The clean & rich green grass means the quality of milk is sublime, resulting in a unique cheese that is delightfully creamy. Each cheese is handmade using traditional methods and matured. During, maturation the cheeses are salt washed transforming the rind to golden in colour and softening in texture. This results in a strong smelling cheese with a rich earthy quality.
Potent rind yet subtle flavour that is soft and gooey.
