This cheese has consistently been a best seller for us since we began the business. We have seen this cheese change and develop over the years but it always tastes beautiful and grabs your attention. On their farm, Glyneithinog, in the lovely and lush valley of the river Cych, the Adams family draw on a six generation tradition of cheesemaking to make this stunning cheese.
Matured for around 8 weeks, it has a balanced blend of flavours – salt,buttery, hay with fantastic creaminess.
