What a week of fun, frost, gale force winds and 1 man down at Open Air Foods HQ!
Firstly, I must start out with an apology. I really wanted to blog every day last week offering an insight into our first week at various markets and also some fantastic images of our products and customers.
Well my good intentions lay in tatters by mid last week as I was struck down with illness and an Iphone that inexplicably decided not to turn itself on. So, no piccies and no day by day update.
All I can say is a huge thank you to everyone who came and said hello at our markets - Amersham (Tuesday), Ampthill (Thursday), Brackley (Friday) and Christmas Market @ Brackley on Saturday. We cannot believe how wonderful all our customers have been and we are thrilled that we got to meet so many great individuals in our local area.
This week, I promise to provide images of our stall and delicious goodies.
We have managed to obtain again some incredible cheeses for our customers. Back in is our beautifully nutty 18th month matured Comte, 3 sensational cheddars - Isle of Mull, Westcombe and Montgomery.
We are also introducing some delicious rich blue cheeses - award winning Perl Las, Colston Bassett Stilton and Oxford Blue.
Finally, we are profiling a fresh goats cheese from the Loire and the delectable Delice de Bourgogne. We will also have our regular cheeses and beautifully marinated olives and homemade pate.
